Any personal information acquired by The Jet Network will be treated in confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party without your express consent or unless The Jet Network is legally required to provide such information to a recognised government body or agency such as the Australian Federal Police, or is compelled by a court of law with jurisdiction over the information in question, to disclose the information to a third party.
Unless you have given your consent to receive periodic newsletters, updates or other information we will not use your contact details to provide these materials to you. If you request to receive these materials, you may also request to withdraw from any subscription list operated by The Jet Network at any time.
The Jet Network will not use any personal information for internal marketing purposes unless you have expressly provided your consent for your personal information to be used in this way.
